1. To register for GLBL 409 credit (course title “PRAC GlblWorks Intern.”), fill out the GlobalWorks Virtual Internship OCIAS Individualized Study credit registration form.

a. Use the Class Schedule to fill in correct course CRN for GLBL 409 for the academic term you are completing the internship.

b. If you are a Global (International) Studies major seeking to use this experience to satisfy your Intercultural Experience requirement during COVID-19 restrictions, check the “Yes” box next to “GLBL/INTL Major using for Intercultural Experience Requirement?”

2. Email form to Yifang Zhang (yzhang1@uoregon.edu) for her review and signature as faculty supervisor. As the instructor, she will review & sign the form and confirm with you that you are registering for the appropriate amount of credits, etc.

3. Fully signed form (including student and instructor signature) must be emailed to ociasundergrad@uoregon.edu in accordance with the following deadlines:

• Fall deadline: September 15
• Winter deadline: December 15
• Spring deadline:  March 15
• Summer deadline:  July 15

4. The OCIAS unit will be in touch with students from there on next steps required for registration.
